Bawarchi Tikka Karahi
Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken mix boti 800g
-Tikka masala 2 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3-4 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Charcoal for smoke
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 200g
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced

Directions:
-Make cuts on both sides of chicken pieces with the help of knife & set aside.
-In a bowl,add tikka masala,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,lemon juice,gram flour,salt & mix well.
-Add chicken and rub well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes then cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes and turn sides in between.
-Give a coal smoke for 2 minutes & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add ginger garlic and cumin seeds,mix well & cook until onions are light golden.
-Add tomatoes & mix well.
-Add black pepper powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,garam masala powder,salt,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Now add fried chicken tikka pieces and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add onion,green chillies and ginger,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander,mint leaves & mix well.
-Garnish with ginger,green chilli & serve!

Directions:
-Chicken pieces per knife ki madad sa dono sides per cuts laga lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein tikka masala,dahi,adrak lehsan paste,zeera,lemon juice,baisan aur namak dal ker ache tarhan ker lein.
-Chicken pieces dal ker ache tarhan rub karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein sides turn kertay rahein.
-2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz light golden hunay tak paka lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ab fried chicken tikka pieces dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pyaz,hari mirch aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhanai aur podina dal ker mix ker lein.
-Adrak aur hari mirch sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
